By booking, you agree to our terms of service. Payment is due upon completion of service.

We reserve the right to decline service for knives with severe structural damage (e.g., cracked handles, deep rust pitting on the tang).
Cheap, low-quality stainless steel knives may not hold an edge and are often not worth the cost of professional sharpening. We may advise against servicing them.
Serrated knives (bread knives) require specialized equipment; please confirm availability before booking.
While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for pre-existing hidden flaws in the steel that may manifest during the sharpening process.
